1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., peak research seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping speeds:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Heavy/Bulk Cargo: For large equipment (like 6-hole water baths or vacuum pumps), delivery times may vary based on freight schedules.
> Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics or remote location accessibility.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Specialized Packaging for Glass & Equipment
At LabsApex, we take extra care in packaging.
- Glassware/Consumables: Shipped with multi-layer bubble wrap and reinforced boxing.
- Instruments: Secured with foam-in-place packaging or wooden crates where necessary to ensure calibration integrity upon arrival.
5. Damages and Issues
LabsApex is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping only if reported immediately.
- If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Action Required: Take clear photos of the damaged box and the item, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international locations. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LabsApex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
