🛍️ Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? We totally understand—plans change! You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin processing and unfortunately won’t be able to accept cancellations.
Things to keep in mind:
Some items, like custom-made or personalized orders, can’t be cancelled.
If your cancellation is approved, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
For sensitive chemical products (like acids or chloroform), if KYC isn’t completed, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
Orders for corrosive chemicals placed for personal or home use (e.g., acids for toilet cleaning or chloroform for medicinal use) will be cancelled immediately, and 25% will be deducted.
🔄 Refunds & Replacements
We want you to love what you receive! While we don’t offer refunds, we gladly replace any items that are damaged or broken during shipping.
To help us help you:
Please send a video of the unboxing clearly showing the damage.
Let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
📦 Returns & Wrong Items
We don’t accept returns on most products. But if you got the wrong item, don’t worry!
Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a free return + full refund.
Once we receive the item back, refunds are processed within 7–15 days.
đź’ł How We Handle Refunds
Refunds are only issued in special cases like wrong item delivered. Otherwise, if there’s a shipping-related issue, we’ll replace the product—no monetary refund needed.
⏱️ Delayed Dispatch? No Problem!
If we haven’t dispatched your order within 3 days, you’re eligible for a full cancellation and refund. Just reach out—we’ll sort it out!
